We founded The Kai Guy with the idea of bringing our family's’ favourite foods to the forefront of the local Rarotonga healthy food kick. We pride ourselves on using locally-grown fresh ingredients and healthy goodies to create meals that are delicious, and oh so satisfying.

We are a small team of passionate cooks and talented chefs, who are focused on delivering delicious and healthy meals for any occasion. In January 2021, we decided to go mobile, and launched our Kai Guy food truck. Find us out and about when you visit our island home of Rarotonga, or book us in for your next show-stopping event!
